Cor pulmonale is a clinical condition caused by chronic pulmonary hypertension, leading to increased pressure in the right side of the heart. This condition requires comprehensive nursing care to prevent complications and support the patient’s quality of life. This study aims to explore the nursing care approach for patients with cor pulmonale through direct observation and in-depth interviews with nurses managing these patients. The results indicate that nursing care includes monitoring vital signs, respiratory management, patient and family education, and emotional support. Optimal nursing care has proven effective in stabilizing the patient's condition and reducing the risk of complications. This study recommends increased training for healthcare providers and family involvement in the care of cor pulmonale patients
